 Meet at Canary Wharf Station at 11.00am: top of steps if dry; bottom of steps if wet.
 From there we walk to St. Anne's Church. We continue left along the churchyard path round to the large double gates.
We then go down to the Regent's Canal and follow this left until we get to the road bridge.
We cross over the road and follow the path to the right along the river until we have to go right after the 2nd building, back onto the road.
We then follow the road until we get to a sharp right-hand bend. We then go straight ahead off the road and walk past a building on our left-hand side. At the end of this building we go left, back towards the river.
We then follow the river to the right and follow the trail to the 'Prospect of Whitby" pub for lunch.
After lunch we continue along the road towards the Tower of London. For those who wish to cut out part of this walk, we shortly pass by Wapping underground station.
We continue along the Wapping High Street, past the Tower of London to Tower Hill underground station where the walk ends.
